I usually get through fairly quickly during business hrs (Mon-Th:9am-8pm; Fri: 9am-2pm; Sat: 9am-3pm; Sun: 9am-12:30pm) by dialing the main number, and choosing option 1 followed by option 3, for general medical appointments. Maybe the office was closed for Columbus Day?
