I have a stray cat in my neighborhood and the kids throw rocks and hit him with sting and other cruel thing am I able to drop this cat off at m.s.p.c.a

If not, we are generally able to put stray cats up for adoption unless it would not be the right choice for the cat. Then we can discuss neuter and release or other options.
