You have to wear a mask and they have hand sanitizer at the entrance as well as around the store. There are signs asking you to use hand sanitizer before touching stones. Of course masks are required. They have directional arrows for isles for when it's busy. And at the check out counter there are plexiglass windows for added protection with some small holes on the counter to hand over items. I believe they also handled my stones with tissues of some kind for added safety while they where wrapping them up. There's also a limit for the number of people in the store of course. Honestly they've gone above and beyond following regulations and are still as kind and friendly as ever.
They opened the door for me and asked me to use their hand sanitizer on my way in .. and of course you have to wear a mask
