The rugs in the entrance need cleaning. Floors in the hall need to be swept and washed. Looks like the only house keeping done is emptying the bathroom trash. Very disappointing, dirty and uninviting.

Did my Princess’s sweet 16th here.. it’s very big, came out perfect, But they charge people $150 when supposedly customers don’t clean and yet the floors are disgustingly dirty , tile are supposed to be tan colored and they look gray from the built in dirt, the bartender was so drunk by the end of the night that he was extra friendly to the point that it made me very uncomfortable. Next day I went to get my deposit back and was told that his employee’s had to come in the morning to clean up and break down the hall when I made sure everything was picked up and broken down. Only thing in the function hall was the trash, cause was not even informed where the trash was to be brought too.(but to the manager his drunk bartender told us). And there was more then one person cleaning and making sure everything was the way we got it that morning and maybe even cleaner. Didn’t have enough room in the car to put all the decorations in one trip and couldn’t return that night cause they was closing and was rushed out so ask to leave some stuff there and was told it was ok to return after 12pm the next day. When I did this is what I get told. But was told I was going to get a call back when he spoke to his employees again and it’s now 2 weeks later and I still haven’t gotten a call.
