How do I arrange an appointment for a Passport Application Submission? I call the phone number but it just rings, probably because staff are too busy to answer it.

Online is easiest, or pick up the application in person and make an appointment to process it. It will take about 15 minutes if everything is in order

I think you have to pick up the application in person at the post office. Not sure if a appointment is necessary to submit. Just show up!
