Absolutely awful. I stopped using their pharmacy long ago and I dread going there if they have something that Walgreens doesn’t have. There’s all self checkout and one day I went and all of the machines were being occupied AND had stopped working! The person working had to go help every person and then my machine went down because I put my own bag in the bagging area. I then asked the employee what I did to set off the machine and she said “it didn’t like that you put your bag there” to which I responded “i can’t put my bag in the bagging area? How can I bag my items?” And I received the response of “I don’t know”. People working there are absolutely rude and miserable and unhelpful. I don’t understand why people can’t respond kindly or be helpful. I’ve never ever once had a good experience in this store.

I had original chose CVS for the convenience of a 24 hour pharmacy. However, this proved to be the only perk of pharmacy. I recently had to explain to a pharmacy tech how needles work, multiple times. They messed up my prescription and I was originally told to bring it in and they would fix it, then told to call back on another date once I arrived with everything in hand, then when I called told AGAIN to call back on another date, and then was told they could not do anything for me. I explained that this error has now caused me to be without this medication for a month, despite having been on it for three years. And there was response was “yeah, that sucks” and suggested I go to another pharmacy. Absolutely disgusted

This pharmacy is terrible, the management is bad, most of the staff with a exception to a couple of people are rude and have poor customer service skills. The staff is mostly comprised of boomers & Karen's and if you're trans it can sometimes make you uncomfortable with the misgendering and condescending tones, just like some of the older people in this county. When you have a prescription they almost never have it ready, they take forever to get it ready, They don't give you calls in advance if there's a problem with insurance or if it's pending. And you'll constantly get spammed by their automated phone calls regarding your prescription, almost daily and sometimes a few times a day. Sometimes they may have your prescription ready while you're waiting and they won't even call out your name, the pharmacy staff can be borderline useless with answering questions as well. I would suggest if you want a better pharmacy, go to the Walgreens just a block away or go to the walgreens in turners.

It's nice that CVS is open 24 hours. They have the usual selection of drug store merchandise and snacks. I feel like there prices are a little high but that's compared to the grocery store. Sometimes you can get a lot of things on sale. Especially over the counter medicine. The pharmacy is good and usually has prescriptions ready in a decent amount of time. Overall not a bad store. Just try to do your regular daytime shopping elsewhere.
