As long as you have the receipt, they will refund you.
Just bring the receipt is what theyve told me . i would suggest you call them when it comes to a gift if you dont have the gift receipt.
I have never returned anything.
You have until Jan. 31 for "holiday exchanges" They will give you the lowest sale price they have in their system.
