No but it is a good idea because you can reserve the picnic area so if you dont and someone did they have rights to it. You do have to reserve the pool area though.
Not if you want a regular picnic area theres plenty but if you want a shaded picnic are with grill then yes
They have a rec center. Yoi may ask them. But i see familys setting up early.
