Used to live here, if you want roach in apt and car scratched this is the place to live, oh and if you like cats there is allot, cat roaming on top of cars. love this place. trash always full.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Moved in because of the cheap rent but quickly learned you get what you pay for. The people in the office can be rude and a little condescending. There is a major bug problem and now I have to buy all new furniture before i move to ensure i dont bring any creepy crawlers with me. The area is not safe. There is plenty of parking in the back that requires a sticker to avoid being towed, this would be good if not for the fact that most residents dont park there and instead use the guest spots, leaving none for actual guests after a certain time. My girlfriend stayed over and there was of course no where for her to park so she had to park on the street over from the apartments. As i said the area is not safe and her car window was smashed in that night. The management will be on you about anything they can meanwhile they dont make sure everyone is following the rules, like not letting your kids run around. The apartments are full of people selling drugs and you will often see them hanging out in the parking lots. To put the final nail in the coffin, they are required by law to have you sign something at the end of your lease saying whether or not you want to be there when they inspect the apartment before you leave. I signed that i DID want to be there but they never gave me notice of a time to do it and then after i move out they sent me a bill for "damages" that were not there. Originally i had planned to fight this but since it would take time and i am in the process of moving again i have to pay these greedy devils otherwise i cannot get a new place. Like i said, AVOID THE WALDEN GLEN AT ALL COSTS. What you think you are saving will end up costing you more in the long run, in money and frustration.
