Why doesn't the Walt Disney co. update their resorts to include some kind of day care for pets? I would love to go but have you seen the existing kennels? Not a place I would want my pet in a day

That's just responsibility that don't want to assume. At the end of the day, the cost of hiring staff, paying for insurance and building facilities to have your pretty feel like King is not profitable since most people leave their pets at home. Im a pet owner who loves his pets dearly, but wouldn't think about bringing my dogs to Disneyland, day care or not. That's is an unnecessary expense and a distraction to keep me from enjoying my vacation. If you can make the accommodation, leave your pets at home and enjoy the Magic Kingdom!

They're existing pet policies show they obviously don't consider your pets as their responsibility. Hard to argue that! Leave them at home or with other family members if they're not service dogs!!

Probably as the others assumed. Most people don't take their pets on vacation. Besides that it's a huge cost. The cost of land for the building/facility and staff alone would be an enormous cost. Plus liability. If even a 10th of the visitors brought even a small cat sized pet. Think about how many hundreds of pets each day would be brought.
