Disneyland is not not open yet and it will be California residents only at the beginning
This week will be the last week that DCA Buena Vista Street and Downtown Disney are open for shopping and dining. Starting March 18th they will have a ticketed event called a Touch of Disney, which sold out last week. After the 18th you can still visit the DTD area but you may find yourself in a queue just to get in.
