$12 an hour billed at half hour incriminates. You can get a validation for up to 4 hrs free when dining at Downtown Disney. You can also purchase an item at any store in Downtown Disney and get validation for 2 hrs. Another option is to park in the parking garage for $25 which can not be validated but you can walk across the pedestrian bridge to Downtown Disney. Hope this is helpful.
