Food or drink is not allowed. You wouldn't have anytime to eat or drink anyway. It takes about an hour to go through it. They do offer free lockers before you enter.
It's kind of a quick tour, I don't think they want messy food because of the paintings and pictures but I'm sure a snack is cool with them... Sorry
