Why do they have 3 windows and only use 1. And can't get the order right.1 large coffee - black and it's small with cream & sugar. Get it right people.

I can see this was a little while ago, but in the past few months they have gotten better. Please try to speak calmly when voicing your frustrations because the workers are human, and trying their best to keep up with every order that comes in.

Sometimes or more often than not everything (orders etc) has been very good, but like any where you go they have their moments. Sometimes it can frustrating (patience)will help all
