Yes call first or just go take a drive and see governor just close almost everything or make sure u can do it online check all ur options
First call to make sure it's open since were on a close down again.. And yes be ready to wait in line for hours I was in line at 7am they open at 8am and the line was pretty long didnt come out of the DMV till 10am. I tried going early so I wouldn't be waiting in the sun especially since its hot Take an umbrella ,sunblock ,chair and a book and make sure your phone battery is full and take some one just in case you need to use the restroom you don't lose your spot in line. You can but be ready to wait for hours. Depending on how many appointments there are will dictate how fast the standby line will move.
