You can walk in... But plan on at least a few hours! If you can wait, get an appointment, if you can't / don't want to wait, then get there EARLY before opening and you might make it out in 1 day!
Yes, but you have to get there really early. Some people were there since 6am and stood in line for eight hours until being seen.
