We live two doors away from a house where a dog has been left out alone in the backyard and has been barking nonstop for hours. No one is home. We have no idea if the dog has food or water. What should we do?

I wish I had seen your question sooner. If you ever experience something like this again call the Animal Control/Humane Society where you live. That's cruelty. I'm sure they will be able to help or at least tell you what you can do or not do. I'm sorry to hear of the poor dog being treated that badly. Sometimes people really suck. I'm hoping that he's ok now, since your post was made 2 yrs ago. But don't ever give up trying to help, the animals will always need good people like you that actually give a s*** about them. Thank you.
