Yeah, H.S. is a rescue/shelter, not a vet. With the pandemic happening, however there are lots of low cost options available to financially struggling pet owners right now. You just gotta go online and do some searches & track the info down. There is low cost help out there. Try Google search or Bing or whatever your fav is. Good luck.
They may have ideas though, they deal with a lot of groups for their animals, very protective, they're a loving group.
