Well it seems to me that they say they are but I think thats just what they say. Everything is on sale, so, yeah they're having a sale. There is 3 full trucks in the back. My answer is "Yes".
Each day they usually have 50% a certain colored tag as well.
Sign up for their mailing list and they'll notify you of sales. They have a senior day each week too and discounts for students and veterans but policies vary from store to store.
