Owner is a thief. Didn't listen to me when I instructed him NOT to repair my vacuum without discussing with me first. Upon telling him I'd rather not pick the piece of garbage he had sold me b/c it wasn't worth the repair, he gleefully retorted, "Up to you!" with the tone of 'sweet...i'll just turn around and sell it to another customer...." Man's a thief---he stole my vacuum and set me up to do so knowing it wouldn't be worth my time to legally battle the work order.

I've been going to Dublin Vacuum for years. The owner is very honest and his price on vacuum bags beats anything (I don't think there is a vacuum place in Livermore) in Livermore. I have a 20 year old Miele that he has serviced and repaired (the cord wore out) over the years. I highly recommend for service as well as bags and filters.
