How do I talk to about a bartender not giving their change back. I gave a 20 for a 4 dollar beer, got distracted but the tall bruentte did bother to bring me my change when iI was sitting on th the patio.

Just go ask about it bud....most of them are very cool

Just give them a call and gave a friendly chat. Bartenders get distracted too, especially if thing are busy as it often is there. It's also possible that she did give you back the change and put it on the bar in front if you. If you were distracted, someone else may have picked it up.
