Not enough good things to say about this company. My family and I have used Les Schwab for decades, and they never cease to impress us. There isn't a company that exists with this level of customer service these days.

Les Schwab in Redmond, OR did another great job today! Cort was our customer service agent, and handled everything professionally and quickly. We had an appointment on a busy Saturday morning, removing my winter tires and rims while also swapping out a new set of all season tires for my old all season tires on a different set of rims that I brought with me. I believe Zack (hope spelling is right) was the one to do it all, and he too was very professional and courteous. I got the call that my car was ready for pickup before my wife and I were finished with breakfast at a local restaurant, about 40 minutes total! No extra fees or charges for the extra swapping either. Thank you Cort and Zack for a positive experience! Oh, and even though we didn't get any, they had fresh popped popcorn already done @8:50 am :))

Made an appointment for 3:30pm. At 4:40pm my car still had not been pulled into the bay. When I questioned them on this they said it takes anywhere from an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. Then why make appointments? It would be nice for them to improve their customer service instead of saying "sorry we missed the mark.... or maybe next time"

Amazing service!! My brakes started making a grinding noise, and my family and I were convinced it was my brake pads. I was looking at a possible $300 bill for brake pad replacement at the CHEAPEST. After getting a second opinion from some coworkers, they recommended Les Schwab and I'm SO glad they did. I brought my car in from right down the street, they did a completely FREE inspection and turns out there was just a little rock stuck in my brakes. Saved me a bunch of time, money, and worry!!
