It's just a couple of miles. If you get tickets thru Grayline rep at the KOA, a bus will pick you up and take you there, or at least that's how we got there the 1st time. If you drive, The Grand Ole Opry is between the Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills mall. Only a few minute drive, but parking can be a headache because of the mall and hotel and the show, so leave early and be prepared to walk a ways.
Easy Uber or Lyft ride Very close.
There is a shuttle that makes takes you downtown to the Ryman and you can walk around, but it doesn't take you to the current Opry.
