You can’t call the store without jumping through hoops. You have to be on the phone for god knows how long to actually talk to someone. Regions froze my rent payment, put me on the phone for 30 minutes until I spoke to someone, then transferred me. I had to wait another 10 minutes to tell someone the exact same thing and information, then the call dropped, and they did not call me back or resolve the issue. Regions has a dumpster fire of a telephone service.

This is a family and friends bank if you ain't family or friend you are screwed.
It has a drive through for the arms and ATM tellers at the very back of the building. It's way back in the back.
