Consultations without an appointment are given ONLY on Wednesdays. Quotas are limited, so it is advisable to arrive early. Usually around 7 in the morning and there are people waiting (for the same or different case). CARECEN begins to register people at about 8am and consultations begin at 9am. EACH CASE IS DIFFERENT THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE TO GO TO A CONSULTATION AND ASK IF THEY CAN HELP YOU AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS.
