Is the general area around the Kessler considered safe? To walk, park, eat, etc.

The area is very comfortable until the later hours.

We parked there for a few hours to see a show. Saw some people out walking their dogs. No one messed with the car. I thought it was ok.

Me and a girl friend walked around and had no troubles. I felt completely safe
