There are two other campgrounds on the same street you could have went too if the koa didn't meet your expectations.
We had a very bad experience with the older ladies in the office! Very rude! No hot water in the showers and sinks! Very expensive for a campsite...over 80 per nite and that was in March!
And they charge a lot for being 5 feet from the next RV and dogs parks were all closed last time.
We booked the KOA for 3 days. The first morning we awoke to construction noise. They we building a dog pen in the middle of our site! There were 2 workers with drills, saws etc. Said they would be there 2 days. When we complained to manager on site we were told that the resort manager ordered the work and she would not stop them without his approval. We asked her to call a d she refused as it was a weekend and he was only to he called for an emergency. We asked to be moved and were told they were booked. We packed up and left.
1/15/21 We have been KOA members for awhile......was coming through Nashville from Alabama & thought we would like to spend a relaxing night to rest up ....call KOA Nashville 9:45 am ( we have stayed in the past) said they had openings but we couldn't check in until 3pm ....... we were not going to sit there that long & wait ...... they lost our business but didn't seem to care plus she didn't even mention the deals that were going on.... Pay for 1 night get 2 free ..... They didn't seem to care & have lost our business.....went elsewhere
