Yes. There is nice restaurant but you might need reservation if you want to eat between 6-8pm. Fast food is good but pricey. You can also bring your own food.

Across the street at art a fair is also a restaurant called tivoli too the prices are more reasonable and the food is good and your pageant ticket will allow free entrance
Tivoli Terrace and Tivolli too serve Italian food but they are usually packed. The concession stands have lots of choices in drinks, food and desserts. I got ice tea, Hot chocolate, water and soda and the girl gave me a carrier. For the food, you order, step to the right and wait while the line moves forward. The lines are long but it moves fast and the stuff is good. It is not cheap
