No, entrance is free but parking is $5. I usually park along spring street across from el dorado park east in the housing. El dorado park east also has free parking by the basketball courts/skate park. Its just a bit more walking than parking in the housing track.

The nature preserve is free. However it costs to park. You can hike, ride bicycles, walk to the preserve and it will not cost you anything at all. No bike riding in the preserve, there is a spot to lock them up outside.
