Never been to the Levee, thought I'd go there and check out the Instamatics 12/7/2019. Me & date couldn't find parking within a half mile, finally gave up and went somewhere else. Is this the rule on Saturday nights?

To be fair, the huge parking lots mentioned by D.E. were 100% full. Nearby bank lot was empty, but they tow.
