Yeah, the whales don't really have a set schedule...😂🤣 However when we went we saw a total of 5 so...I feel your chances are pretty good.
It depends we like going on the noon trip my family and I have been on The Harbor Breeze tour over 20 times and only 2 time's we didn't see whale's it's always worth it. Don't forget your parking ticket they also validate . Good luck
For the migrating Pacific Gray Whales from winter to spring and for the Blue Whales from summer to fall. So, you have chance.
They don't have a schedule .we saw many dolphins and only one minke whale
