How do i get my records sent to a medical group that needs them to allow me to be in a medical study? Can I have them emailed or do I need to pick them up at your office? Thank you, Kay Byrne

You need to sign a medical release for to release your medical records to whatever medical facility. Or you can go to that medical facility that is requesting your records and sign a medical release for their facility requesting to be release to their office, they can call & fax it over.
