How do i get my records sent to a medical group that needs them to allow me to be in a medical study? Can I have them emailed or do I need to pick them up at your office? Thank you, Kay Byrne

You need to sign a medical record release from your primary care physician or from the facility who is doing the medical study. Once this is done your medical records can be copied and sent. Sincerely, Josie Davison Marketing Specialist @ Graybill Medical Group

You need to sign a medical release for to release your medical records to whatever medical facility. Or you can go to that medical facility that is requesting your records and sign a medical release for their facility requesting to be release to their office, they can call & fax it over. Hope this helps
