I'm not sure what exactly happened with all the bad reviews, but I had a great experience all the way through: The front desk staff were quick to receive and enter my information. The nurses were swift and skillful. The doctors/P.A.'s were thorough, explained things clearly, and developed a great plan for me to recover and/or follow-up. I'll definitely be returning here if I ever need further urgent care.

This medical group is everything that's wrong with healthcare in the U.S.A. They care about one thing, MONEY. NOT your health or well-being. They have the docs trained like robots. If you're sitting in a specialist's office for an exam for your left middle finger, he will not even discuss any other finger without checking with the financial person in the office. If you want that other finger looked at, you will have to go back to your primary care doctor to make an appointment and get a referral for that one. To do that, you will have to call and hold for 20 minutes or more to make an appointment with your primary doctor. They will have to examine you, and then you MAY be able to go back to a specialist. Also, if a specialist decides on a specific treatment, he won't give it to you unless and until he gets approval from the insurance company. Every visit with every doc is transactional and uber-businesslike. There is no empathy or "care" in the healthcare they provide. They have no respect or concern for their patient's time or what their patients are going through. The only priority they have is profitability and providing only the minimum amount of care needed—no exceptions.

I had Kaiser previously before Greybill and what a difference. Greybill is not good at all. Heaven forbid you try to make an appointment to see a doctor. You'll wait a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone and they never have an any appointments there weeks out. My husband work changed our insurance Kaiser was so on point everyone was nice it was organized. I would never recommend Greybill. Lab ,xrays , urgent care....theres barley anywhere to sit in these places. Not cool at all.

-The happiest patients are from over a year ago, clearly this is not the same business model. -The non medical god complex clerks that work in the call center have NO right to ask for your personal or medical condition, they’re just like us with a desk job. -They dangle the office that you NEED to speak to and hold it hostage. It truly is faster to go to the office and deal with the folks there. -The office I visit has charged copays erroneously because my special needs child didn’t know differently. This indicates to me that there is a money grab situation that Graybill is charging my insurance carrier. -I really like the personable doctor and the nurses at the office. In fact, it’s taken me years to find the right person for my family and I’m beyond disappointed that we’ll leave due to the administration. -If you’re looking to switch from a well organized and effective group, this is not the one. I absolutely REGRET my decision to use this Physician Group, it leaves me angry, frustrated, faithless and disappointed. -What needs to be done is to re-educate personnel. What their responsibilities and abilities are with patients and other staffed personnel. The customer has an absolute right to privacy. I offer the money collected erroneously to cover training, rather than call it INSURANCE FRAUD. -There’s no need to have your people reply to this, it’ll be empty words of fluff unless they’re going to say specifically what is being done. Nobody wants a pat on the back and sent to bed over this. This is disgusting.

You need to sign a medical record release from your primary care physician or from the facility who is doing the medical study. Once this is done your medical records can be copied and sent. Sincerely, Josie Davison Marketing Specialist @ Graybill Medical Group
Dear Roberta, For such a request you must have a discussion with your primary care provider. There will be an office visit copayment and possibly a form fee for writing the letter. Sincerely, Josie Davison, Marketing Specialist @ Graybill Medical Group
