The fee it's to maintain the park and facilities, i think is fair, also helps the school, you may want to ask if it's tax deductible.
well it's $19 and the $19 goes to school that has lights at night and super clean they maintain it every Wednesday and Monday with fresh saw a very secure beautiful park with nice trees I thought the same thing but for the $19 I said hell yes it keeps them out of the park cuz a lot of people don't want to pay the $19 but it's a great Park I go there every day love love love
