I would call the store you plan to go to directly to ask but o have never seen them there

No they don't sell scrubs there. Go to Wal-Mart or to a scrub store that sells only those scrubs
I have purchased scrub tops at the Kohls in Riverside, off of Van Buren in clearance before. Very reasonably priced. I have not seen them displayed or sold at the Kohls on Tyler Avenue.
