No..theyre #1 in the area and start at about $100. Best of the best, no free tattoos. Cleanliness and sterile only! Dont do free tattoos...i learned the hard way.

Unless you got to a tattoo convention or you have a friend do it youre not gonna be getting a tattoo for free unfortunately..
