My first ever tattoo experience with Tattoo Love! Clean, professional and inviting tattoo shop. Had a great time with you guys! Two tattoos back to back! Same day! One tattoo design my a cousin. I never leave reviews but I cannot recommend this studio enough. I came in around 6:15/6:20 to get a piercing (called ahead) and Brian and George were the kindest, chillest, most professional dudes I’ve ever been pierced by. They are so so welcoming and warm and patient! Even though the shop closes at 7, they were so patient with me and Brian was so accommodating even when I was making up my mind on the fly. Super super happy with how my 2 piercings came out (upper lobe and stacked lobe) and prices were great. Will absolutely be returning, I felt so so welcomed by these guys!!

I took my 15yr old daughter here for her very first piecing. She wanted to get a snake bite piercing. The staff and owner of the shop were absolutely great! Very friendly, professional and worked great with her anxiety about the pain of the piercing. We live in Pendleton Oregon and were down here for the Anime Expo 2022. I choose this shop because of all their great reviews. They did not disappoint. Thank you so much Tattoo Love.

The answer is yes and you have to probably call the shop to see how old they have to be I know they have to at least be 3 to 4 months old but I would suggest you call the shop.
