Most likely yeast infection, but am no vet! Get antibiotics, which u can buy there and zymox ear solution, also there! Hope it helps!

Could be ear mites or even worse a fox tale. Bring em to Pet Crusade in Riverside Monday morning. They are only open Monday's and have incredible pricing.

I recommend the "NFZ puffer" I don't know if Rancho Vet has it, but tractor supply does. It sounds like your dog has a bacterial or yeast infection. The puffer will work for either. It will even kill mites in my experience. I love it because it's a powder, not a liquid. The liquid annoys my animals, and they shake it out. The puffer doesn't bother them. I wish I could upload a picture. Just Google it so you know what to look for. Good luck!

Try Romona humane society or Riverside Co animal control they both have programs that discount or might provide services for free I am not a Vet and with out seeing the problem I can't give advice about the exact problem but the heat suggests infection is a problem that needs to be treated quickly
