You would have to contact the mart managers directly as they represent many individual vendors inside this warehouse of antiques.
I'm a cashier at the mall. We don't do consignment, the dealers rent spaces. The owner of the mall is the only one who can buy on the property and he's there Monday through Friday from about 2-4. He doesn't buy dolls very often. Other than that you can pick up business cards from the booths that do have dolls and contact them, you'd just have to meet outside the mall.
I would say there are few stall holders that would. It is a big place.
They might. I think I have seen things on consignment. So if they don't want to buy the dolls maybe they will let you display them and then ask for a percentage of the sale when the dolls are sold.
