We stayed at hotel and walked it all, so if you're overnighting, you'll enjoy the walking.

Depends on how long you stay because you get a Voucher... I would say around 6 $ for a 2 hour stay..
I've never had a problem here, you may just need to go up a few more levels it it's busy.
