Free testing for all - discreet and very polite staff! When it doubt, test it out! Let’s work together to overcome the stigma of STD testing! It’s safer to know than to assume!!! We got this!!!

SO......Your email says you'll be notified the night before your donation pickup confirming a time for your pickup..... don't believe that. I wasn't notified at all. I had to call them and leave a message and they didn't call me back until the morning of... also, don't plan on them actually taking all your donations when you schedule a pickup. Even if their site specifically says they do accept the thing you're donating..... if you have a lazy driver like I did who simply doesn't want to have to lift anything (a dresser in perfect condition....which the site clearly says they accept!) you'll be left at the last minute before your move trying to find another place to donate to anyway. They did me wrong like this today. SOOOOO WRONG!! And on a holiday weekend to boot! Really not a good experience. I was trying NOT to donate to Goodwill as I wanted to donate my belongings to a more worthy cause which I certainly think Out of the Closet is, but their donations process is extremely discombobulated and very stressful. I am incredibly disappointed.

They do have good stuff and pretty good deals but they know what they have and they value it accordingly so if you expect thrift store prices you will be disappointed. You can find things there but most of their stuff is priced too high in my opinion compared to other thrift stores.

We’ll look at the pictures. High end donations at rock bottom prices. Lots of collectibles, antique, cool clothing. Crazy fun thrift shop on PCH in Long Beach, CA

Craig, they would love it. I don’t work there but if talk to John or Felicia, they would love the donation. It’s a great shop, just remodeled and merchandise moves fairly quickly. The cause does help all afflicted with HIV and also helps keep the free clinic open. Thanks, jimmy
No you donate to them
