Nope! I echo the other commenter about camping in perpetua, also there is Tillicum Campground and Beachside Campground about two miles north on Highway 101.
Not at this tiny park. There is a restroom, parking lot, scenic overlook of the rocky shore and view toward the Yachats River mouth. The park is surrounded by a residential neighborhood. Camping spots can be found by going north or south along Hwy 101 to one of the campgrounds on the central Oregon coast. Nearby camping is available at Cape Perpetua Campground, about 8 minutes south on Hwy 101.
