Customers need to be 21 years of age. WSTP went up in 2018.
It is my understanding that Kelly's Smoke Shop is not doing so well. The person I thought was the owner (Sami) is not the owner. Person running the store now says Sami will probably not return to the store. Not much to offer other than tobacco products and a few snacks. Wish them luck in the future though.
