I purchased disposable vapes (3 of them) spending $80 and one did not work. I took it back and they refused to exchange it for me stating that they do not refund or exchange. Working in this industry I know full well that their supplier would of given them credit for the bad device. However, upon further investigation, I learned that this device is actually a fake. This means that the owner purchased fake devices at a cheaper price and is passing them off to the customers. Refusal to exchange this device is extremly poor customer service. This policy needs to be changed. This owner owns this store and East Side Tobacco on Maryland & Earl. Yes, the staff members are friendly.

Hit and miss- mostly miss. Few of the guys working are nice, a couple are @ssholes. The very first time I went, I was looking at their air fresheners(looking for a specific scent), and the guy at the register barked at me. I really should have never returned after that. Card machine issues at the register , with no attempt to explain or resolve (take responsibility) for issues. I think they don’t like to accept credit, so they force you to use the debit option. After that last incident and attitude, I decided I’d never spend another cent in that store. I never will again.
