Tbh you're gonna spend about $50/ person so I wouldn't dress like I'm going for fast food. It's pretty classy but not snobby. Great service and wonderful food.
Informal. It is an upscale restaurant but they won't turn you away if you show up in a t-shirt and nice blue jeans. They will treat you like family regardless.
I have gone to the bar after work in construction attire still treated like all the others .

I've seen everything from very casual to dressy.
Typically people tend to dress up but there isn't a dress code that i know of
