Prior to moving into the Edison, I had only ever lived in one apartment where I liked the management and had a good experience. So needless to say I was leary. But to my suprise, everyone at the Edison exceeded my past experiences and went so far above and beyond to ensure I was a happy tenant. They are so kind, welcoming, understanding, and help when one needs. The pool is gorgeous, the apartment is quiet and it felt like a luxury home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a safe, secure, luxury apartment check out the Edison at Avonlea. They will work hard to make your home the best yet! Literally have nothing bad to say! Thanks! Oh! And if you love deep soaker bath tubs, they have the absolute best! It's heavenly!

Very impressed with the Edison at Avonlea staff! Excited to be moving in and getting to enjoy the amazing apartment and community! Update: After 3 years of living here I can confirm that this apartment complex is a great place to live. The management team is always nice, the common areas are kept clean, and the overall experience living here has been great. Still a 5/5 for me!

Great place to live! The staff are friendly and the apartments are great. Everything is nice and clean. It feels almost more like a modern hotel than an apartment building. It exceeded my expectations. There's an exercise room and also a studio where you can do virtual classes or stretch, etc. There's a pool, a courtyard with grills and turf for yard games, a small park for young kids, and a small dog park. I've really enjoyed my time here, everyone is so nice and it's a fun environment.
