I came out for a business meeting and when I came back to the hotel after the meeting the room had already been cleaned and $300 of my money was stolen from the room. Don't use this hotel theirs no safe to keep your belongs in and the house keeping will steal your money or anything of Vaule. As a business owner myself this is so unprofessional. Make sure to never stay here I've been in plenty of hotels and never had anything stolen, especially money! Bad for business you guys should make sure you hire people that are more trustworthy and do better background checks!

Starting with the positives, the bed and pillows were fantastic. I was very comfortable laying on the bed... Unfortunately awake... But I'll get there. The pool was great, it was a bit chilly but not the end of the world. There is a very large 4-6 inch deep section with a small water slide and a few splash pad type fountains. Kids loved it. A very large hot tub that was bath water temp. A pretty good sized water slide on the deeper 4 ft pool that is operated a certain times. Unfortunately there were a couple down sides. The tub in the room did t drain very well, after a shower there would be a couple inches of water that would be filling the tub. The room we stayed in was pool deck attached, and it sure was muggy in there. The pool deck is very dimmly lit, it's like constantly dusk. There was a party in the halls from 1130pm till 2 am, where a group of people decided that having loud conversations with their door open and in the halls was a great idea. We called the front desk to ask them to tone down a bit. The night shift person did come by but it only quited down for about 10 min, and the employee didn't document the even in thier logs. So that sucked. We ended up just turning the HVAC fan on, instead of auto, and it drowned out some of the noise.

Amenities and staff are great. Rooms are fine but UNBELIEVABLY LOUD. This is, without a doubt, the loudest and most disruptive room I’ve ever stayed in. People in the hallway and adjacent rooms literally sound like they’re in my room. There are constantly kids running up and down the hallway, screaming and heaven forbid your neighbors watch a movie. It’s TERRIBLE and loud and I’d never stay again.

Staff was amazing. Pools were terrific. I felt safe letting my kids go swimming and giving them a key. Not very many places now a days let’s you feel this comfortable. My step daughter stubbed her toe in the door and we didn’t have bandages or antiseptic but the staff pulled through and was very attentive to her needs and went above and beyond.
