Wow, a very nice course. Was not expecting the open design! I actually prefer no concrete pads, keeps it real.

Nice 18 hole park. Very well maintained. Dirt runways with hole markers. Clean and most enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Long wide open course with plenty of weeds, etc, but not too thick.. we had a ton of fun on this beautiful course with rolling hills, big trees and a lake.

There might not be tee pads but this course is definitely challenging and technical. Get your birdies while you can and there is water to watch out for. Scenery of the course is beautiful! A five star and 2 thumbs up course!

It would be New Market Township parks dept. I would guess its through the City of Elko / New Market or Scott County.
