I don't see why you couldn't since they send a person out when their busy to pre-order your drinks so their ready when you get to the window.
Ya, agree with Ben. Even if you could, you would still have to wait in line to get it. So it's pointless.
If you do call in your order just use the walk up window that rarely has a line to pick it up
There isn't a way to pre-order at Dutch bros but the service is fast and they are able to keep the lines moving really well. So there is not really a need to call it in even if you could.
