No they do not, however this is a fair question as many casinos offer unrelated services or rent buildings to the fad of the times businesses that will attract the more shall we say "well off" housewives and singles. Attracting people who have money is what casinos are best at. They will try almost anything. But no, to my knowledge no aerobic classes. Good question.
